“Rules of the Road”

To enter the lottery for the right to reserve a room at The Chesapeake Inn during Urbanna’s 2021 Oyster Festival, please email oysterfest@thechesapeakeinn.com with your name, email address and phone number. Please send only one email to enter. Entries will be accepted until Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm.

All guests are invited to enjoy a welcome reception on Thursday, Nov. 4; a simple continental breakfast and coffee every morning; and parking onsite or nearby for one standard vehicle. Pets and children are most welcome as always!

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. All reservations must be for a minimum of three nights, to include Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights of Oyster Festival weekend (Nov. 4-7, 2021).
  2. Oyster Festival room rates are as follows: King or Double Queen Rooms $479/night plus tax; Luxury Suite $959/night plus tax.
  3. Room capacity and guests will be limited to ensure all enjoy a family-friendly weekend.
  4. Rooms are not transferable.

Winners will be notified in order shortly after September 30. Winners will have the right to reserve one room based on availability but are not obligated to do so. A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve a room, and full payment in advance is required no later than Oct. 12. If you must cancel, we will refund the advance payment (except for the deposit) only if we are able to find a replacement booking.
